Sit on a chair and lift one foot off the ground. Slowly roll your ankle around, first clockwise, then counterclockwise. Do this 10 times per foot. This improves the mobility of your ankles.

Sit down quietly and breathe deeply in through your nose, hold for a moment, and slowly exhale through your mouth. Repeat this 5 times. This helps you relax and improves your lung capacity.
