Ingredients

1 tbsp pippali pepper (or pepper of your choice)

1 tbsp nigella seeds

1 tbsp oregano

1 tbsp garlic powder

1 tbsp ginger powder

1 tbsp cayenne powder

1 tbsp mustard powder
-
1 tbsp turmeric powder
Preparation

Grinding – Finely grind the pippali pepper and nigella seeds in a coffee grinder, or use pre-ground varieties.

Mix – Combine the ground pippali pepper, nigella seeds, and all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.

Storage – Place the mixture in an airtight container and store in a dark, cool place.
