Ingredients
1 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp wheat bran or oat bran
1 tsp matcha powder (optional)
1 tsp cardamom
2 tablespoons ground chia seeds
2 tablespoons ground pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp amla powder
1 tbsp plantain powder
2 tbsp hemp protein powder (without additives)
4 tbsp barberries (optional)

Preparation method

Grind the chia seeds or pumpkin seeds together in an electric coffee grinder. ⚠️ Note: Do not grind for too long to prevent the seeds from overheating.

Add the ground seeds along with the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Store the mix in a well-sealed jar in the refrigerator.

After grinding the chia and flax seeds, it is advisable to store the mix together with the other ingredients in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. This prevents oxidation. The protein mix will keep for approximately 4 weeks.
