Ingredients

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp wheat bran or oat bran

1 tsp matcha powder (optional)

1 tsp cardamom

2 tbsp ground chia seeds

2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds

1 tbsp amla powder
-
1 tbsp plantain powder
-
2 tbsp hemp protein powder (without additives)

4 tbsp barberry berries (optional)

Preparation method

Grind the chia seeds or pumpkin seeds in an electric coffee grinder. ⚠️ Note: Do not grind for too long to prevent the seeds from heating.

Add the ground seeds together with the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

Store the mix in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.

After grinding the chia and flax seeds, it's recommended to store the mix along with the other ingredients in a sealed container in the refrigerator. This will prevent oxidation. The protein mix will keep for approximately 4 weeks.
