HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix

Ingredients  

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp wheat bran or oat bran

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 2 tablespoons ground chia seeds

  • 2 tablespoons ground pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp amla powder

  • 1 tbsp plantain powder

  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder (without additives)

  • 4 tbsp barberries (optional)

Comes with various ingredients for HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix, in a blue bowl.

Preparation method

 

  1. Grind the chia seeds or pumpkin seeds together in an electric coffee grinder. ⚠️ Note: Do not grind for too long to prevent the seeds from overheating.

  2. Add the ground seeds along with the other ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  3. Store the mix in a well-sealed jar in the refrigerator.

  4. After grinding the chia and flax seeds, it is advisable to store the mix together with the other ingredients in a sealed jar in the refrigerator. This prevents oxidation. The protein mix will keep for approximately 4 weeks.
