HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix

Ingredients  

 

  • 1 tbsp cinnamon

  • 2 tbsp wheat bran or oat bran

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (optional)

  • 1 tsp cardamom

  • 2 tbsp ground chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp ground pumpkin seeds

  • 1 tbsp amla powder

  • 1 tbsp plantain powder

  • 2 tbsp hemp protein powder (without additives)

  • 4 tbsp barberry berries (optional)

Comes with various ingredients for HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix, in a blue bowl.

Preparation method

 

  1. Grind the chia seeds or pumpkin seeds in an electric coffee grinder. ⚠️ Note: Do not grind for too long to prevent the seeds from heating.

  2. Add the ground seeds together with the remaining ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

  3. Store the mix in a tightly sealed jar in the refrigerator.

  4. After grinding the chia and flax seeds, it's recommended to store the mix along with the other ingredients in a sealed container in the refrigerator. This will prevent oxidation. The protein mix will keep for approximately 4 weeks.
