Avocado Chocolate Mousse

1 avocado

1 tbsp tahini
-
1 tbsp raw cacao powder

2 dried dates

1 tbsp hemp seeds

1 tbsp HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix

1/4 cup unsweetened soy yogurt
-
1/2 cup blueberries or seasonal fruit

3 broken walnuts
Preparation

Add all ingredients to a blender or a measuring cup with an immersion blender.

Blend until creamy.

Add it to a breakfast bowl and garnish with fruit and nuts.
