Avocado Chocolate Mousse

     Ingredients

 

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao powder

  • 2 dried dates

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp HowToAgeGracefully Breakfast Mix

  • 1/4 cup unsweetened soy yogurt

  • 1/2 cup blueberries or seasonal fruit

  • 3 broken walnuts

Preparation

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or a measuring cup with an immersion blender.

  2. Blend until creamy.

  3. Add it to a breakfast bowl and garnish with fruit and nuts.
