Zero junk Bouillon Cubes
± 10 min
Ingredients
-
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
-
4 tolerated dates
-
2 tbsp finely ground pumpkin seeds
-
2 tbsp finely ground hemp seeds
-
1/4 cup pure peanut butter (no added fats)
-
1/4 cup tahini (sesame paste)
-
1 pinch of salt
-
1 tsp vanilla (optional)

Preparation method
-
Preparing the spice base: Tear the nori sheet into small pieces and place them in an electric coffee grinder along with the celery seeds. Grind into a fine powder—the foundation of your umami magic.
-
Blend into a paste. Add the nori powder and the remaining ingredients to a small blender, such as a Magic Bullet, or use a compact food processor. Blend until a firm, fragrant paste forms. Stop to scrape down the sides as needed. The mixture should be thick and easily formed.
-
Freeze: Roll the mixture into small balls or divide it into portions using an ice cube tray. Store the balls or cubes in an airtight container. They'll keep for months!
